The QBE Shootout 2022, the team-based tournament of the golf schedule has started. We will be seeing 24 best golfers in the world playing as a team in the tournament.
The tournament is featuring 12 teams, where each team contains 2 players. Stars like Max Homa, Nelly Korda, and Lexi Thompson will participate in the tournament. Round 1 will be played in scrambled format, round 2 in modified alternate shot, and round 3 in the best-ball format.
Players participating in the LIV Golf event will not be able to play. The tournament will be shown on the golf channel in the USA. This year, the event is offering lucrative prize money and All 24 players participating will be getting the prize money.

The total prize money for the QBE Shootout 2022 has been announced, and it is $3.8 million. The prize money will be divided among the 12 teams, and each team member will get an equal amount of money.
The winning team of the tournament will be receiving a total prize money of $950,000, which means, each player will get $475,000. the runners-up team will receive $590,000, which means each of the players will receive $295,000.
