Sven Botman stole most of the lights of the game. The New Castle goalkeeper managed to keep out most of his opponent’s shots. Patson Daka was playing his best for the Leister, but he couldn’t find the net as Botman managed to do the clean sheets.
Leister’s hopes of coming back were dimed by Joelinton, as he scored a magnificent header in the 32nd minute and made the score line 3-0. Leister tried to make come back, but it was too late.
